We create event marketing packages based on your needs and the communication channels lined up for use. 

  • Share you event package as a “Media Kit”: These kits are an easy way to share your event deliverables with fellow communicators for cross promotion. Most kits provide directions for use, the timeline for promotion, print and digital graphics, and written copy for use on web posts, emails, social media captions and more.   • Digital and print image creation and editing

Our photo video team is here to capture the LIFE of our university. Submit a request and let us tell your visual story. 

  • Campus wide student and special events  
  • Show off your spaces as needed! We can stage photoshoots for your facilities, residence halls, offices, buildings, public spaces and more. 
  • Staff photos – We do portrait sessions and features for unit individuals and team photos 
  • Digital and print projects 

Small projects that involve less than 1 hour of work and can be assured quick turnaround times, including:

  • Broken web links / Web edits 
  • Social media post edits
  • Requesting old files from previous projects
  • Re-order previously designed swag
  • Emergency communication
  • Amplify unit Instagram, Facebook, Twitter posts with @MasonULife accounts 
  • Write/edit posts using current social media language style and standards 
  • Create/edit properly sized graphical elements 
  • Coordinate university amplification efforts 
  • Assist with technical difficulties 
  • Escalate support request to OUB’s SiteMasonry Team 
  • 1×1 Training on how to do something in WordPress/Drupal

  • Review websites and see what changes are needed.

While we encourage all of our UL units to be the main content gardeners for their own sites, our team can provide consultations and various levels of support for:
