Our design team is capable of creating some fantastic designs! We recognize that it can be a little overwhelming to consider all the various design possibilities, so check out the different deliverable options below. Keep these in mind when submitting marketing requests.

Digital Marketing and Communications
Description: Graphics for a set of coordinated emails that are sent at strategic times to achieve a specific outcome. Goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) must be established during the campaign planning process.
Description: If you would like to have your content shared on the University Life social media accounts, please send us the original graphic(s) and caption for Instagram as well as repost/re-Tweet links for Facebook and Twitter.
*Notes:
- For Instagram, all event and resource-related content will be posted as Instagram stories.
- Posts that do not include all of the information students need to attend the event or utilize the resource will not be shared.
Description: The compilation of multiple video clips into one continuous video.
*Units are responsible for providing video footage or coordinating the video shoot with a videographer. Project timeline begins once all footage is provided.
Lead time: 1.5 – 2 months

Custom digital graphic tool kit for units, initiatives, and programs, which includes:
- Social media graphics

Print Marketing
Description:
A printed piece of collateral, typically 4 x 6 or 5 x 7 inches, that includes information regarding a specific program/ resource event. Event postcards are typically given out at tabling fairs left on desks and other public spaces to raise awareness about the initiative and more.

Description: A single-page, printed, and typically folded informational collateral that is made up of multiple panels of information.

Multi-Channel Marketing Campaign

Description: 2 – 3 unique designs in different deliverable formats for a marketing campaign shorter than a month
Requestor provides:
- Specific list of required marketing deliverables
- Exact messaging/marketing copy to use
- Clear campaign goals and all information the marketing team needs to begin project
Deliverables:
- 2 – 3 unique designs in different deliverable formats
*Requestors will receive finalized designs in phases, as they are ready
Description: 4-6 unique designs to support a month-long marketing campaign
Requestor provides:
- Overview of required marketing deliverables
- Organized outline of the content that needs to be included in marketing collateral that includes information needed to create marketing copy
- Clear campaign goals and information the marketing team needs to begin project.
Deliverables:
- Content development
- Design mood board
- 4-6 unique designs in different deliverable formats
- Marketing and content strategy recommendation
*Requestors will receive finalized designs in phases, as they are ready
Description: 7-10 unique designs to support 2-3-month marketing campaign
Requestor provides:
- Organized information needed to develop a a marketing strategy, communication plan, and marketing copy
- General request summarizing the campaign goals
- Samples of existing/previously used collateral
Deliverables:
- Marketing and content strategy
- Content calendar
- Marketing copy for collateral
- Design mood board
- 7-10 unique designs in different deliverable formats
Brand Marketing
Description:
The deliverables for a brand strategy and audience analysis request include:
- Values and value statement
- Mission
- Story
- Brand positioning
- Brand messaging guidelines
- Personas
- Pain points
Lead time: 4 – 6 months
This timeline includes:
- Discovery meeting
- Staff/faculty workshops to discuss new brand strategy (values, mission, story, positioning, messaging)
- Staff/faulty workshops for audience analysis
- Student focus groups for audience analysis and feedback on brand strategy
- Development of concrete value and mission statements, brand positioning, and brand messaging
*Leadership approval process may delay the overall timeline
**This timeline does not include the launch and implementation of the new brand and brand strategy (i.e. website update, social media campaign, email announcement, etc.)
