Marketing Request Form

The milestones and a description of the process required to complete each marketing project are listed below.

Submit Marketing Request

Attend Project Kickoff Meeting

  • A ULife Marketing team member will contact you, the project requester, to begin the project
  • A project kick-off meeting will be scheduled
    • Discovery meeting for major initiatives
    • Check-in meeting for other projects
  • During this process, the project requestor and UL Marketing team member will:

    • Discuss your the vision and expectations
    • Identify action items
    • Solidify project timeline, final deliverables, and clarify roles and responsibilities

Approve Project Scope Summary

  • UL Marketing team member will send a project summary form
  • The project requester will sign off on the document. The project timeline will officially begin once the UL Marketing team member receives the sign-off. 

Review and Provide Feedback (1st Draft)

  • The ULife Marketing team member will send you, the requester, the first draft of the collateral by the agreed upon date.  
  • Requester will provide feedback and edits within the agreed upon time period
    IMPORTANT: If the requester does not provide feedback within the agreed upon timeframe, the project will be put on-hold and the final deliverable time will be impacted

Review and Provide Feedback (2nd Draft)

  • ULife Marketing team member will send the second draft of the collateral for minor suggestions/edits and ultimate approval within agreed upon time period of receiving the second draft
  • Once the requester submits the final edits, the Marketing team will create the final version(s) of the collateral within 5 business days
  • Requester will have up to 2 business days to review and approve the finalized content

Receive Final Deliverable(s)

Once the requester approves the final deliverable(s), the collateral will be finalized and delivered in the agreed-upon format

IMPORTANT: A third round of edits will only occur if the revision is a result of a marketing team oversight
